Senior Collections Specialist
Qualifications include demonstrated experience making collection calls to delinquent customers,
keeping accurate and up-to-date notes, and skip-tracing to locate clients.
Prior experience in consumer collections or accounts receivable
and delivering a high volume of phone calls is required.
Qualified candidates should also possess exceptional written and verbal skills and be familiar
working with Excel and the Internet.
Skip Trace Specialist
Job description entails locating current information. Includes locating phone numbers, addresses, and place of employment.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other database management recommended, but not required.
Compensation based on level of experience.
Spanish-speaking positions are also available.
